Villagers already have a profession

Dear Mojang,

I play with my friends in a normal survival world. We wanted villagers so we cured some zombie villagers. When they became normal villagers they already had a profession. We tried to get rid of their jobs by breaking cauldrons, compost bins etc. Unfortunately that didn't work. When we spawned in villagers in creative in a different world, they also had a job. I hope this can be fixed, because we want some good villagers to trade with.
