Vex holds its arms out like a crossbow when attacking

Vex holds its arms out like a crossbow when attacking a player or mob. However it does not hold its arms out when idle.

How to reproduce:

1. Spawn a Vex
2. Go into survival mode
3. Observe the Vexes arm positions

Observed results: Vex holds its arms out when attacking a player or mob

Expected results: Vex should not be holding its arms out like a crossbow
