Command blocks do not update after being changed from impulse

I was creating a chain of command blocks, and a couple of them kept acting like impulse commands, even though they were Chain command blocks. It even said it was chain under previous output. EVEN AFTER I BROKE AND REPLACED THE COMMAND BLOCK!

I hope this is fixed soon, or else I will never be able to finish what I was working on.
