Realms Feed Not Working

For my Minecraft Realm, my friends and I like to communicate via the feed for our realm. However, a while ago, whenever we would try to upload anything such as screenshots to the feed, they would not upload and publish to the feed. My friends and I have had this issue since around March 2021.
