Loading stays at 45% for about 20 minutes

THIS MUST BE FIXED. Mojang, please put all the bug reports of this happening in your highest priority of bug fixes. I KNOW that there is duplicates of this, but this HAS TO be fixed. I deleted almost ALL my mods/cached data and I only left about 4-5 worlds. That still didn't fix it. Please comment if you are having this issue. (I almost am sure you are.) It has been happening since 1.17 I think. (I timed this, so I know.) So every time I want to play Minecraft, I have to wait 21 minutes. My
friend plays on the iPad and he can load worlds in under 10 seconds. WITH A TEXTURE PACK.
Please Mojang fix this. I really wish that I didn't have to wait so long to play one of my favorite games.
