When use keyboard and mouse everywhere i look starts stuttering

When i use keyboard and mouse on my survival world when i do actions everywhere i look starts stuttering

But on creative nothing happening and i have great phone i have 60 fps but once im not using keyboard and mouse otg the problem not happening
