Worlds Deleting Themselves

okay, so this has happened to me twice! The first hour I'm working on my word (very happy!) Then I go play some servers or something. I come back to play the first world. BOOM! The world dosent exist anymore. The spawn/world is still there, but ALL of the progress is gone. I worked hard on both of theese worlds and was really disappointed to find out everything was GONE!
