Held items flickering with RTX

ive noticed today that my minecraft world is haveing some issues with the rtx. earlier today my minecraft world was okay. around 2:00 pm today ive noticed that anything that i hold in my hand is flickering. then i noticed that in front of me is having a really bright light problem. i made me a brand new worl and to see if it was still doing it and it was. i hope this problem gets fixed soon. thank yuo
