Destruction of two blocks at once while swimming in the creative

While swimming in creative, when I try to destroy a block in front of me, I involuntarily destroy two blocks at once. This is definitely a bug, since on the previous beta version, while swimming, I destroyed only one block in front of me 

 Steps to reproduce:

1. Find a body of water.
2. Swim in creative mode.
3. Try to split 1 block without stopping to swim.

Observed results:
You will break 2 blocks instead of 1 (sometimes you will still be able to break 1 block, and sometimes 3).

Expected results:
1 block will be broken as without swimming.
