can't not login to my account

in game menu when i tap sign in then its go to the website and then i tap let's go then tap continue but i don't work when i tap it so many times the its go to this website says "

The Microsoft account login server has detected too many repeated authentication attempts. Please wait a moment and try again." please solve this prolem
