Realms plus subscription and purchasing any package

Dear Support team

My son purchased some packages using his ps4 wallet .amount had been deducted but packages were not release after contacting minecraft it was solved .

 

The issue is repeated now and he bought 2.99$ package and same issue and minecraft couldn't solve and they asked me to open ticket here after many troubleshooting steps

 

It seems he has issue with store as he is also trying to buy Realms plus subscription but evrytime he couldnt complete the subscription due to different error messages like Internet connection while the Internet is working and connected and he can play normally 

 

Please let me know when it is needed to solve these two issues
