Extrem lags and game Crash in one area..

good day dear developers.
in my minecraft world there is a certain area that i can no longer enter. the game starts to lag first and crashes after a while.
if you enter the world, everything is normal at first, but as soon as you enter the said area, there is a very strong time delay in the game. i placed a house there with the structural block. I removed the entire house but unfortunately that hasn't changed. can you help me a lot there is a lot of work in the whole thing and i don't want to give up the world.
