Battle & Beasts 2 Skin Pack not loading

The Battle & Beasts 2 Skin Pack was given to me when purchasing Minecraft for Switch. I later purchased the "Windows 10 version" which does not show that I own the same skin pack. This is now causing the skin pack to not load on my Switch.
