Stuck on Building Terrain.

I cannot get onto my friend's realm. Whenever I try it will load terrain infinitely. I have waited a long time to see if it would get fixed but it has not. It only happens when joining his specific realm and no other world and I cant seem to figure out how to fix it. Restart my computer, fix Wifi, log out and back in, uninstall then reinstall, getting kicked and reinvited to the server, everything.
