Barrier Block can't Destroy

I have Problem of Barrier Block, I cant Break it even i CREATIVE mode becease i wanna build some Structure and the Problem is Barrier Block i gonna Use it, But the Problem of Barrier Block isn't Destroy. Plss Fix this
