cubecraft server wont let me in

so basically ive been playing minecraft for years and also been playing cubecraft for a while but the past day or so when ive been trying to join the serve so i can play with my friendsd i have been stuck on the loading resources screen ive tried restarting my  xbox and even deleted the game a couple times to try and solve this issue im having but nothing has worked and its not my internet because i can join any other server fine and all the servers say i have around 10-15 ping on each of them including cubecraft itself      sorry to be a pain but its kind of annoying me that i cant play my favourite server
