Stuck in End Dimension

Flying through the end using an Elytra on a survival world, landed next to the exit portal. Jumped into portal to overworld and did not teleport. Got out of the portal and ran around, all endermen despawned, All chunks outside of field of view when jumped in portal not loading. Turned off console and respawned, fell into void and lost everything
