it crashes when i hit the / key on my wireless keyboard connected to my tablet

it crashes when i hit the / key on my wireless keyboard connected to my tablet idk what up with it crashing when hitting the / key or when i press the side commands something is causing it when i put / in chat even if im trying to tell someone how to do a command plz fix this
