Particles in animation controllers do not emit

The bug

Particle emitters in an animation controller do not emit particles. An example of this would be the blaze, which starts to emit flames as it charges up its fireball attack. This affects custom entities, of course.

Steps to reproduce

• Go into Survival mode, spawn a blaze, then aggravate it
  → There's no mob flames
