switch online

I'm doing Minecraft on Switch, but I can't enter my friend's world even though my Switch froend is doing Minecraft. I'm in Nintendo Switch Online. I turned off the power of the main unit or sighed out from my Microsoft account, but it didn't turn on.
Please improve.
