wall clipping

clipping into the wall when block below is missing.

It seems as though when running around, if there is a 2 high mimmum wall and a block is missing on the bottom the game will allow the player to clip in and suffocate. yes you can walk back out but why does it let you clip in and suffocate through a solid block? i cant figure out how to screen shot during gameplay to show you what i mean
