Fire Has No Hitbox

Summary: If a Player looks at a Block or Aims their crosshair at fire there's no collision box.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a Flint and Steel in Java and Bedrock.
2. Light a Block on Fire.
3. Aim your Crosshair at the Fire.
4. Compare Fire.

Observed Result: Fire has no Hitbox/Collision Box.

Expected Result: Fire should have a collision box/hitbox to better match Java Edition.
