Texture issue

Ive been experiencing this bug and then when sometimes im playing some worlds that ive made like nework city sometimes it happens on the picture shown below like the mcpe just seems bugging like idk i tried other version like 13.2 and it didnt happen like that then i update 0.14 on my mcpe this bug occurs so im hoping you guys fix this bug asap
