When I turn on HIDE GUI my screen goes blue.

I turned on HIDE GUI to take a screenshot of my skin and send it to my friend. At first it was working and then the second time the screen turned light blue. I restarted my game to see if that would make it better but all it did was make the chunks look weird too. It was also raining at the time so I don't know if that has to do with anything.
