Problems with custom blocks and items.

When I make my own add-ons, my custom block doesn't register to the creative menu, even though I setted up the code to do so, and my custom blocks keeps on breaking instantly, even if I changed it to be slower and it's the same for the block friction, flammability and blast resistance...

 

My custom item also has a problem, even if my item has a texture, it doesn't render in on the ground, my hand or inventory.
