Cannot break blocks after being water/snowlogged

Summary
When you water/snowlogged the block, and then remove the water/snow, you somehow cannot break the block at first.

Step to Reproduce
1. Try to get any blocks that can be water or snowlogged.
2. Water/snowlogging it.
3. Try to remove the water/snow of the logged blocks.
4. Try to break the block.

Observed Results
When you break the block, you somehow can't at first, so you have to break twice or move to other inventory slots to get it removed.

Expected Results
The block can be removed normally.
