Boats remain in inventory/hotbar when placed causing a boat duplication glitch

When boats are placed, they still stay in the player's hotbar allowing the player to duplicate boats.  This is a minor bug but should be fixed before the actual 1.17.20 release.

 

How to Reproduce:

1. Craft a boat with five planks and a wooden shovel.
2. Just place the boat down anywhere, and it will stay in your hotbar for some reason.
