Skin Creator Skins Doesn't Shows Up To Other Playerrs

I made a skin in skin creator. When I got into a multiplayer server my skin started to show others as default skin. Only I could see my skin. I re-created the same skin in another slot. It worked for a while but it reverted back to default skin for others again. Please help me
