Structure blocks y level cant be changed above 256 blocks

Playing with experimental Features and caves and cliffs enabled causes a bug with structure blocks above the y level 256.

You can not set a structure to have a hight above 1 block in a structure block placed above the hight of 256 blocks because structures still cap at 256 even tho they should now go up to 320.
