Marketplace not loading

When I open the app Minecraft it loads completely fine, but when I click marketplace it takes some time to load then says "We're unable to connect to the marketplace. Maybe check your internet connection" but it's not my internet connection! I'm positive. Also, it doesn't load the mods that I bought. It says the same thing when I try if that makes any sense.
