hotbar items wont show up in Simburbia

the simburbia world i purchased from the marketplace was working fine since i got it and i tried to play it again today and now the hotbar items wont show up, not just the controls (bulldozing, building ect) its everything, and it rlly sucks bc i like this world a lot
