Block lag & glitch

So this bug I have been experiencing has been causing me to be able to walk through blocks and it causes extreme block lag when a block is mined, and so able to walk through solid blocks at the same time. It’s been happening for over a month or longer & this bug is frustrating. I was mining when it happened again.
