[Resolved] Double flowers duplicate if destroyed with the top block

If you destroy a double flower with the top block (I saw this with specifically rose bushes), you'll get the item twice. This is essentially an infinite duplication glitch with double flowers. Haven't noticed it before 0.14.0.
