Minecraft Switch is constantly freezing

What I expected to happen was...:

Play correctly without the game constantly freezing

What actually happened was...:

On all worlds (ALL Servers, Friends world, Realms and even solo world when i'm in flight mode), (FOUND WHAT CAUSE THE FREEZES, look at comments) the game freezes a LOT and it's literally unplayable and NOT fun.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You need a big world (mine was +2Gb)

2. Play the game

What is the problem ? --> The game take forever to load, the gape freeze a lot and the cause of this problem is the "big" world
