Cant do somethings

On Bedrock Edition whenever I get one Minecraft it shows minecraft but when I try to change my avatar the crashes so when ever I try to play in featured server it say i have change my skin and whenever I press change skin the game crashes so I won't be able to play on a featured server then on new world whenever I get a new world it says randon people can but whenever I press proceed the game crashes.
