When i logged out of my Microsoft account, i can't log again

One day i was trying to play in a world with a friend, but Everytime it shows unable to connect to the world, and my friend was playing the same version of Minecraft pe, so i logged out of my account, and when i try to log in pressing "next" button it doesn't work
