Nether portal bug

The nether portal takes me out at the wrong coordinates, when ever i leave the nether sometimes id get spawnt into a wall and i wont be able to mine myself out because of the loading screen for when you get into the overworld i also dont think that it was in any previous versions, i also noticed that this happens if i shoot a ghast while im in a portal im not to sure if this is how to recreate this bug or not
