Died going through end portal

My friend went through the end portal and it said he died falling from hight so i went to find his stuff went through the end portal and i died aswell it spawned me at my house and screen froze and said generating world so i closed the game reloaded in and i have lost everything, full netherite armour, tools, dimonds and emeralds. I would like it all back if its possible.
