Charging bow, crossbow, and trident underwater different from on land

When you Sprint-swimming holding a bow and charge, the players get cancel sprint-swimming and shoot the arrow instead of continuing charging like on land.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Sprint-swimming underwater while holding a bow with arrows in the inventory
2. Start charging the bow

Observed Results:

**The player stops sprint-swimming and takes damage from the arrow not fully charge.

Expected Results:

**The player stops sprint-swimming and continuing charging the bow until release - like on the land
