Specific Public Multiplayer Servers, dont' load ingame graphics and textures at all

Hello.

when i join SOME SPECIFIC Multiplayer world it doesnt load properly i see graphicbugs only. I see my HUD correctly my healthbar and my hand, thats all.

I had a Stock ROM Samsung S5 mini. with that i had the following with Version 0.13.2 alpha:

• i could join Hypixel Server in multiplayer and it worked (example for MP Server which worked)
  -i could join Private Multiplayer Server with "Multiplayer for Minecraft"-App and it worked
• i could NOT join most Servers with auth properly, i join, i register properly BUT i only see graphic bugs, (Screenshot in attachment, i can provide more)
• Single player worked

(Problem)

so i thought maybe my rom is too old i upgraded it..so i got the latest android FIRMWARE version for SAmsung galaxy S5 mini and the following:

• i could join Hypixel Server in multiplayer and it worked
• i could join Private Multiplayer Server with "Multiplayer for Minecraft"-App and it worked
• i could NOT join some public Servers with auth properly, i join, i register properly BUT i only see graphic bugs,
• Single player worked
  (still same Problem)

so next step i updatet to cyanogenmod mod (unofficial)
still same Problem, same results as above with stock roms

soi thought okay maybe i wait for update 0.14.0. but still didnt work....

All i know for sure is that these servers have AUTH in commen (hypixel too but u dont need to register), also if i see chunks or characters ingame they are shaking and vibrating buggy

Servers like: surva.ml (back in 0.13.2; Kingdomscraft (i can join lobby but not playservers) FireflyPE dont work for examples, i went through many more publics. i can rejoin /reinstall everything doesnt help, i also waited a few minutes ingame.

• im on WLAN
• i do not haveforce 4x MSAA opengl es 2.0 activated in dev options
• joined Servers that didnt work had the same MCPE Version i had on clientside
• app source: Amazon
