Minecraft is not playable

Hello, I don't know if my other report went through but here I am again. So, my problem is that whenever I start the game it will start to load (slowly but surely) when it gets to the main screen it will crash and say an error ocurred in the software. I do not have any updates left (neither from Minecraft or the Nintendo system). I tried restarting the console and open the game again - not worked. I also tried unistalling the game and installing it again - not worked. I do not know if this has happenned to someone else. Hopefully we can figure something out, thank you very much!
