The newly added server “Pixel Paradise” on Windows 10 at least, has not allowed me to connect to the server

When trying to load onto the new server Pixel Paradise, my game doesn’t allow me to load it, and I’ve been trying for the part 3 days, I really love the games on there but can’t play them, please inform me if it’s only me
