Texture Pack Caused all Rails to despawn

I purchased and downloaded the "BlockPixel" texture pack by RainbowPixel and after activating the texture pack in my active world I noticed that all of the rail and powered rails I had placed in my mine had disappeared or despawned. 

I don't have pictures of the before so I won't be uploading anything. I doubt the issue can be resolved on my end but I just wanted to report it in case it can be fixed and save future players from the pain in the butt I now face in replacing all of my rails.
