I am unable to use marketplace items i have purchased and can't play mutliplayer

A while back(year or 2 ago) the game stopped being able to load marketplace and skins i had purchased, and i was also not able to join any multiplayer games or realms. I thought at first it was just my xbox, but when i logged in on mobile, it still didn't work.

 

 

(i have tried reinstalling, changing internet, entering beta, etc, nothing fixes it)
