random fall damage

I'm certain that this happens in ALL Bedrock Platforms,

So, this is a bug that I've encountered many several occasions. It happens every time you tower- up blocks and get a "jump scare" of your life! When towering, you get a hit, similar to fall damage. Your hearts go down but regenerate because it wasn't fatal.

Imagine towing up from a ravine with almost 2 hearts left, with valuables. From that moment the bug happens, (Where you get randomly hit for no apparent reason but 'Towering up') and I thought it was a skeleton. But it couldn't because it was BROAD Daylight...

Please fix this up, this can also happen if you jump or do water-bucket clutch
