My world and mobs are affected by lags and bugs

Today my world has started to get very stuck, the peaceful and hostile mobs move very slowly and when they hit them they float for a few seconds. I can't pick up the experience at the rate at which I normally do, there are a couple of minutes left on the ground even though I'm next to them. The camera does not rotate at the rate in which I move it, the ovens are poor as they take a long time. My avatar's speed is normally unaffected. Items take a long time to fall to the ground and constantly return to where they fell from and fall back. Among many other examples.

 

The same thing is starting to happen to a friend, we have the same phone model (Hisense H40), the same version of Minecraft: 1.17.0.54 beta (I could not put the correct version in the corresponding area).
