Iron bars / mob spawner show a small white stripe in inventory

When scrolling in the inventory, a small, not even 1px tall bar appears above iron bars.

On mob spawners it appear at the right.

Seems to be the same kind of bug like the health bar white stripe in 0.13.0, i am sure you'll fix that fast.
