Bubble Column Rendering is Broken in New Worlds

When you just create a new world, the bubble columns will be displayed incorrectly. They will not display the water around them. But this error is corrected for the bubble columns in your world that already exist if you re-enter the world. However, the new bubble columns that you create after re-entering will also be broken.

Instructions for how to create this bug:

1. Create a new world on your android device

2. Put a magma block or soul sand, or find them underwater

3. You will see that the bubble columns on top do not display the texture of water. Going into the column, you will see that it does not show underwater fog
