Crimson and Warped Fungi don't spread naturally without bonemeal

Probably not a bug...but it'd be nice to check, just to make sure. Anyways...due to this, eventually the biomes 'Crimson Forest' and 'Warped Forest' eventually won't be Forests at all. So...yeah.
