Only PC Audio works on Quest 2 wired or Airlink

I just installed Minecraft for Windows 10 with my Oculus Quest 2. I started wired via the cable link and everything works fine, except the sound does not work at all ONLY while I am in the game. If I hit the menu button in Minecraft to change settings and such, I hear sound fine, however as soon as I close the menu, no sound. I also tried this via Air Link and experienced the same results. The PC audio is on and I can't shut it off, even though I have the sound setup to go through the headset.
